Jeff Seabold is a capital program executive and Fellow of the American Institute of Architects with 24 years of owner-side authority over 400+ projects and $100M+ in capital value. A licensed architect in two states, he also held a commercial general contractor’s license for more than a decade, delivering as both Architect of Record and General Contractor on the same programs. He serves as an At-Large Director on the AIA National Board of Directors (2026–2028) and writes The Other Drawing Set, a weekly leadership series published by AIA Architect. Based in Jackson, Mississippi and nationally mobile for executive roles in campus architecture, institutional capital programs, and facilities leadership.
